This project was the result of a damaging tornado that produced small but high velocity hail in the area.

This particular roof was around 10 years old and was showing signs of early failure due to weather wear and tear as well as excessive algae. The hail damage was significant on all slopes of the home including the soft metals showing collateral damage from hail/wind. We didn’t replace gutters. We replaced this roof with a GAF Silver Pledge warrantied system with GAF Infinite Wind coverage. We installed Feltbuster Synthetic Underlayment, Stormguard Ice and Water shield, GAF Pro Start starter shingles, Timberline HDZ lifetime architectural shingles, Cobra Ridge Vent and Seal-a-ridge precut ridge shingles.

This roof now has a 50 year warranty on manufacturer defects, a 10 year workmanship warranty backed by GAF and a 25 year Algae warranty. Amazing!
